Shipping Policy
How we ship
Every order is packed by hand at our studio in Los Angeles, California and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves us.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship Monday. We don't ship on federal holidays.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: $5 flat, 3–5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: $9 flat, 2–3 business days.
- Free USPS Priority Mail on orders over $80.
International shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your address. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Most carriers update tracking within 24 hours of pickup. If your tracking hasn't moved after 48 hours, please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email store@chinaleaves.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, please send photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the items at no cost.
Address changes
We can change a shipping address only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as quickly as possible if you spot a mistake. Once a package is in transit, we can't reroute it.
