We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

3. Orders & acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we cancel an order, we'll attempt to notify you using the email or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping & returns

Shipping rates, transit times, and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated by reference into these terms.

5. Accuracy of billing & account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

9. Health & allergens

Our teas are sourced from a variety of producers and may contain or be processed in facilities that handle other plants, herbs, or flowers. If you have allergies, are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before consumption. Information provided about traditional uses of tea is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless China Leavesand our affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
